Returns

We hope you love your ordered items, but in case you need to return please email us at info@pilotlondon.com.   You can return items within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund, subject to Rs.500 restocking charge depending on the reason for return.

Once we have quality-checked the returned item(s), the refund amount will be credited to your original order payment method.

You may choose instead to receive a coupon-code to the value of the refund amount to spend on a future purchase at PilotLondon.com for all payment types.

Refunds will typically be issued within 5 working days of receiving your returned item.  Once we have confirmed that your refund has been approved, it can take 7 to 10 days for the payment to be received or credited to your payment method.  Please allow for this period after our confirmation for the refund to arrive.

Points to remember

You have 14 calendar days to return from the date of delivery of the order.

Fill in the returns form enclosed with your order to allow us to efficiently process your return.

Items should be returned according to these conditions: items should be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, without make-up or other marks nor smelling of perfume, deodorant or other scents.  They should be returned with their original packaging with tags still attached and with a completed returns form.  Returns of items without tags attached may be refused, or an administrative charge to replace them may be deducted from your refund amount.

 

Damaged / faulty items or Wrong Item Received

In the unlikely case you that you receive a damaged/faulty item or an item which is different to that which you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email or phone. We may request you email us a photo.

 

Self-Shipping Returns

You may choose to self-ship returned items to us. Please ensure that you first call or email us to arrange the return. After we have agreed the return you should send the self-ship return item to us within two days. It is your responsibility to ensure that items are packaged for return securely and safest to prevent loss, damage or soiling during return transit to us. For self shipped returns ensure your item is sent via a reliable courier and that you retain proof of sending the package to us.

In some cases you may be required to self-ship your return where collection by our courier is not possible.

We will credit you with a Rs.100 coupon code towards your return shipping costs for self-shipped returns.

 

Notification of Return Status

On receipt of your product back to us we will quality-check the item and review the return to ensure it meets the conditions of this policy.  We’ll notify you within 3-5 business days of receipt of the return.

If the return meets our conditions in this policy and the Terms and Conditions we’ll process the refund.  You’ll receive an email notification of the successful return and amount of refund.

If the return does not meet our Terms and Conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense without reimbursement.

 

Non-returnable Product Categories

Certain items may not be returnable for hygeine or other reasons. These include under/inner-wear, swimwear, shapewear, lingerie, accessories, beauty products/ cosmetics and items offered for free in promotions.

 

How to Return

Return collection via our courier:

After you have contacted us to return, and such return is authorised, we will arrange for our courier to visit your shipping address to collect the return item(s).  If our courier does not service your shipping address for collections, we will require you to self-ship the item (see below).

 

Self-ship:

If our courier does not collect from your pin code you will have to ship the return item(s) to our returns department. We reimburse a value of Rs.100 towards your cost of shipping to us in the form of a coupon code for use at PilotLondon.com (subject to our returns quality-check).
